The content at 7UPTV may not be re-streamed, broadcasted, distributed or transmitted by either direct or indirect sources through any device, software,  web-based service, internet sites or any other means. 

Third Party Purchases: 

 You can find services like “buy now”, and other comparable programs at 7UPTV.  Transactions and Dealings with third-party vendors that are found through these services have nothing to do with 7UPTV and are solely between you and the merchant/dealer.

Quality of streams.

An uninterrupted and high-quality video streaming and viewing experience completely depend on a device, it’s capabilities and its network access. Your location, the number of devices connected to one network, internet capacity, chosen content,  and the configuration of your device all these factors play an important role in streaming videos. Therefore, 7UPTV doesn’t guarantee the content because of the above-mentioned reasons. For your information, sharing of subscriptions is prohibited and will result in device ban or permanent suspension.

7UPTV has new updates every week, therefore, there are changes in the number of Channels and Movies in the VOD library.

Suspension and Downtime 

7UPTV can suspend or end your access if its terms and conditions are violated. In the extension of our rights, you acknowledge that: You can be denied access, Your account may be suspended for any length of time scheduled or unscheduled or for any reason any portion or all of the services at our website may become unavailable.  

Every notice or correspondences to be offered in understanding with this agreement must be in the English language.  Our Website owns all authority to limit the usage of services or content access or completely end the subscription at any time without any notice or liability if 7UPTV in its own sole discretion determines that you have somehow  breached or violated it’s Terms, Rules and Conditions or disregarded any law. 

7UPTV owns the copyrights to all 7UPTV logo and 7UPTV scripts, trademarks, graphics. These trademarks cannot be downloaded, copied, exploited or used in any other way.
